Matt Dwyer’s journey to founding Dexigro didn’t start in boardrooms, it began in retail and hospitality, followed by telesales, door-to-door sales, and later, 11 years in the mining industry. There, he supervised and trained new starters, building resilience and leadership in one of the toughest environments on earth.

His entrepreneurial drive led him to run a training business in hospitality and disability support services and to invest in franchise businesses in building and landscaping. Yet, success came with the heavy toll of burnout, reminding him that financial results mean little without balance.

Matt’s passion for transformation began long before Dexigro. In 2002, he trained in Remedial Massage Therapy and Shiatsu, later earning certifications in Life Coaching, NLP, Reiki, and Positive Psychology while still mining. By 2016, he launched his first coaching business, helping others create clarity and balance.

These experiences shaped the creation of Dexigro, a bold mission to help entrepreneurs, franchisees, and business owners scale smarter without sacrificing their health, relationships, or values. Through tailored growth strategies, AI-powered systems, and virtual assistant support, Matt helps clients break free from overwhelm and design businesses that serve their lives.
